The payment is determined by an agreement directly with the client. The amount of the fee depends on the type of case, its complexity, the workload of the Office. In unusual, complex cases, for which a hearing is repeatedly postponed by the court - payment shall be determined individually, taking into account the time needed for a successful outcome of the case.

We offer the following billing criteria:

Payments are made on the basis of the VAT invoices issued by the Office of the date agreed upon by the parties. The amount to pay is enlarged with 22% VAT.

In principle, the remuneration is payable in advance. However, the office is open to the needs and financial possibilities of customers, and is in full understanding of the customer life situation. It is possible to spread the payment of wages during the whole period of the file or split it into instalments. The Law Office also serves as a free assistance in obtaining legal aid.

REMUNERATION FOR LEGAL ADVICE

The cost of a standard grant of legal advice depends on the complexity of legal issues. Up to date information on this issue can be obtained by phone or by sending e-mail query. Feel free to contact the Law Office. In the case of an order of court cases legal advice is provided in the course of the case, there is no fee for advice given.

REMUNERATION FOR THE PROCESS AND LETTER AGREEMENT

Minimum rates are specified by the act of the Minister of Justice of 28 September 2002 on fees for lawyers and the Treasury pay the unpaid costs of legal aid granted to the office (OJ No. 163, item. 1348, with further alterations).

§ 6 provides that the rates are - the value of the subject matter:

1) to 500 zł - 60 zł;

2) above 500 zł to 1.500 zł - 180 zł;

3) above 1.500 zł to 5.000 zł - 600 zł;

4) above 5.000 zł to 10.000 zł - 1.200 zł;

5) above 10.000 zł to 50.000 zł - 2.400 zł;

6) above 50.000 zł to 200.000 zł - 3.600 zł;

7) above 200.000 zł - 7.200 zł.

REMUNERATION FOR NEGOTIATIONS
